Preferred by Nature Chain of Custody Certification helps organisations track and manage materials throughout the supply chain – from sourcing and processing to sale.
The certification supports traceability, material control and credible product claims, helping businesses demonstrate where materials come from and how they are managed. It can be applied to materials certified under the Preferred by Nature Sustainability Scope and Regulatory Scope, as well as selected recognized certification schemes and PBN+ modules.
Depending on your needs, you can choose between different material control models, allowing you to balance traceability requirements with operational flexibility.
For organizations supporting EUDR-aligned sourcing, the certification also includes requirements for maintaining relevant origin information, including geolocation data where applicable.
