Price and delivery of service
Prices are available in DKK, USD or EUR depending on the service offered and the geographical location of service delivery. Said services will be delivered in accordance with the contract or training schedule as stated on the individual product or service.
All service fees are included in the original price. All products are virtual, and thus, no shipping fee is applied. Note that specifically regarding registrations for training and events are binding.
Payment data processing and privacy
Data captured during the registration and payment process is covered by our Privacy Policy. The information is used solely to relay information related to the delivery of service and tracking of payment status.
Card and payment-related data is solely stored with our bank and service provider, NORDEA Connect, and is protected by bank industry-standard encryption, and data processing is covered by their Terms of Service.
Complaints related to sales
Citizens in the EU can use the EU-Commissions online complaints portal http://ec.europa.eu/odr when submitting a complaint please refer to our email address payments@preferredbynature.org
For Danish citizens, complaints can be submitted to Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsens Center for Klageløsning, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. Or via the portal on www.forbrug.dk
Any dispute arising in relation to service delivery or the terms and conditions, shall be submitted to the nearest point of contact related to the sale as stated in the communication related to the service in case this to the customer is unclear, questions and complaints and can always be directed to payments@preferredbynature.org further we describe our procedures in full in our dispute resolution policy.
Warranty
No warranty or guarantee, express or implied, is given by the Preferred by Nature unless so is stated in an agreement or contract related to service delivery.
Refund
Preferred by Nature shall reserve the right to cancel an Event for commercial or organisational reasons as well as force majeure situations. In such cases, Preferred by Nature shall refund all attendance fees that have already been paid. No additional reimbursement may be claimed due to the cancellation unless otherwise is stated.
Preferred by Nature shall not refund any additional charges incurred as a result of the participant having to cancel or rebook transport or accommodation that they had arranged.
No refund is offered for payment of membership fees.
