Noemie is responsible for managing a team of supply chain auditors in the US and Canada. She is directly involved in all aspects of supply chain certification assessments and audits including scheduling, project management, customer service, technical guidance, consultant management and quality control.

Noemie also dedicates some of her time to Preferred by Nature’s Tailored services division, providing advisory services to a portfolio of clients in the timber, palm oil, textiles, soy, beef, coffee and other natural resource sectors to support them in their goals to meet sustainability commitments and legal requirements.

Noemie began her career, overseas, as a Junior Programme Officer in Honduras, working within coffee-growing communities. During that time, she was in charge of developing, implementing and supporting producers with data collection, database management, traceability and better agroforestry practices focused on livelihoods improvement and market access. She then worked as a volunteer environmental specialist, in Haïti, for almost two years, as part of a cooperation project between the Canadian and Haitian governments.

She joined the RA-Cert in 2014 and worked as a Chain of Custody Coordinator until 2016. After contract work for both RA-Cert and NEPCon throughout 2016-2019, she joined Preferred by Nature (then NEPCon) in September 2019.
