Mélanie Proulx
Mélanie is responsible for managing the audit planning of a large portfolio of the Forest Stewardship CouncilTM (FSCTM) Chain of Custody clients in Canada and the US. She is also the point of contact for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in Canada.
Before joining Preferred by Nature in 2018, she worked for Rainforest Alliance as an administrative assistant since 2013.
She is responsible for planning Chain of Custody audits for French and English clients throughout North America and provides support to the Forest Management team. She is the primary point of contact for all invoice and AR-related tasks and questions for staff and clients in Canada. She also reviews and processes staff expense reports and supplier payables and prepares outgoing payments. She is the invoicing/AR contact for the UK.
In 2023, Mélanie completed the FSC Chain of Custody Lead Auditor Training.
