Policy on Surprise Audits for Rainforest Alliance Certificate Holders
We support the use of surprise audits to monitor Certificate Holders compliance with the Rainforest Alliance 2020 Certification Program. Surprise audits are focused on specific areas of an operation are conducted during normal business hours and are not considered a replacement for the annual audit.
