Yekpanke Ouattara
Ouattara is responsible for administering Preferred by Nature certificates in Côte d'Ivoire as well as updating certification activity data in Preferred by Nature's internal Salesforce database and the Rainforest Alliance Salesforce database (RA CD).
Ouattara is an agricultural engineer with more than 10 years’ experience in sustainable agriculture, especially in providing technical support for cooperatives and exporters. In 2013, she started working for the Rainforest Alliance business unit, RA-Cert, as a long-term consultant in Cote d’Ivoire as a lead Rainforest Alliance Sustainable Agriculture Standard auditor. She was also tasked with helping certification administration and task management activities.
In her previous role, she also reviewed reports and handled Cote d’Ivoire client portfolio. In her current role, Ouattara is responsible for carrying out Rainforest Alliance Sustainable Agriculture Standard Farm and Chain of Custody audits. She manages Preferred by Nature Salesforce database, oversees field audits and peer reviews to ensure audits are conducted in accordance with our internal quality assurance requirements and Sustainable Agriculture Standard policy. She is responsible for the development of new clients in Cote d’Ivoire.
Ouattara joined Preferred by Nature in August 2019.
