Colette Amenan Kouame Epouse Singo
As the West Africa Team Leader for Agriculture, Colette leads a cohesive team in the region. She ensures their performance and compliance by providing adequate support and guidance.
Colette holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural engineer, specialising in Agribusiness. She is also qualified for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
Prior to joining Preferred by Nature, she worked as a Consultant in Sustainable Agriculture for RACert, then for Preferred by Nature since 2011.
During her 3-year tenure as an Agriculture Specialist at Preferred by Nature, Colette has honed her teamwork skills, providing support to Certificate Holders throughout the certification cycle and collaborating with colleagues across various departments.
With an Engineering Degree in Agronomy from the Higher School of Agronomy of INP-HB Côte d'Ivoire and 13 years of experience in Rainforest Alliance Standards, Colette has worked with various commodities and in multiple countries across West Africa. She has also undergone training in other certification schemes, as well as in Social Standards and Food Safety Programs in the USA, Israel and China.
In her Team Leader role, Colette will also support the Regional Manager of Agriculture in key areas, including service delivery, relationship management, and contributing to strategy development.
Colette joined Preferred by Nature in 2021.
