"Forestry has always been a passion of mine. Through my experiences, I've learnt what forests mean and how they affect people. As someone who cares about sustainability, the things that interested me the most were the multi-stakeholder engagement, the proposed actions to adapt to and mitigate climate change, the protection of biodiversity, and the identification of cultural forests as providing important ecosystem services. The most challenging aspect is understanding people's needs, as forests are naturally adaptable to change. Developing a relationship between nature and humans is critical for future generations. I hope that my commitment and dedication to the forest and environment will make others realise how vital it is to find answers to any challenges. Forest needs our help, and Preferred by Nature is one of the most important pillars of sustainability."
