Naomi Andreea Gordea
At Preferred by Nature, as a member of the Quality team, Naomi focuses on embedding quality into every aspect of our work. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing internal quality monitoring, administrating our document library, and monitoring our conformance with various accreditation requirements.
As a Quality Coordinator, Naomi supports the organisation by reviewing the quality of our work and services, which involves coordinating and conducting regular internal assessments to ensure all processes, outputs and staff meet our rigorous quality standards.
Additionally, Naomi maintains our comprehensive document library, ensuring that all documents are up-to-date, accurately categorised, and easily accessible to all team members. Another crucial aspect of her job is monitoring our conformance with various accreditation requirements. Naomi oversees our compliance with these standards, prepare and coordinate for external audits, and make sure all practices align with the requirements set by accrediting bodies.
