Maciej Lisieniecki
Senior Supply Chain Specialist
Maciej is a Preferred by Nature auditor, based in Poland. His role centres on assisting the Polish office in various tasks involving supply chain certification and auditing.
Maciej's educational background is in tourism and recreation; he also completed postgraduate studies in psychology in marketing. His professional experience is managing and auditing quality systems (especially ISO), food health safety systems (HACCP, BRC, IFS Food) and forest management systems.
Maciej has worked with Preferred by Nature's office in Poland for more than 20 years, conducting FSC and PEFC CoC audits, so far as a consultant. In his spare time, he is interested in psychology and travelling.
"As humans, we interfere excessively with nature without thinking of the consequences of doing so. The planet we live on is one (at least for now); therefore, we should take care of it. Preferred by Nature is an organisation that points out various courses of action to minimise the negative impact on the environment. What we choose and how strongly we get involved is entirely up to us."
