Luan Glumbowsky
As a People Support Specialist, Luan is responsible for several activities including onboarding, introduction to the company, administration, managing benefits and well-being programs for employees, maintaining data systems and reporting for Europe and Africa regions.
In Luan's role, he supports employees on a daily basis - helping with their questions related to their relation with the organisation and resolving any issues that arise. He assists the employees throughout their entire worklife cycle, from when they start to when they leave.
Working closely with our Talent team, Luan supports different steps of bringing new people on board. He works closely with different stakeholders in different countries to make sure everything runs smoothly. He ensures our records are in good shape and stay updated on the rules we need to follow. Luan also helps create different documents and makes sure our guidelines and procedures are up-to-date and easy to understand.
In this way, his role supports our organisation's goals of fostering a smooth and efficient work environment for everyone.
