Hilma, a Sustainability Specialist with Preferred by Nature Tailored Services, has been involved in agricultural community development projects for nine years. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Agronomy and Horticulture from Bogor Agricultural University. Hilma played a significant role in New Planting Procedure projects for RSPO and FSC schemes in Sumatera, Kalimantan, and Malaysia.

Her practical experience includes conducting focus group discussions with local communities and indigenous peoples on sustainable forest management. She emphasizes the importance of conservation and defining crucial areas in collaboration with stakeholders. Hilma also facilitates training, having conducted over 20 classes (virtual and in-person) related to RSPO and FSC certification schemes.

Recently, Hilma has contributed to various projects involving palm oil, cocoa, coconut, and timber commodities at Preferred by Nature. She engages in services such as risk assessment, standard benchmarking, and desk-based sustainability assessments. Hilma has successfully completed HCV lead assessor training and lead auditor training, including the LegalSource Standard of Preferred by Nature and RSPO SCC provided by Checkmark Training. Additionally, she participated in Preferred by Nature's FSC CoC Training.
