As Strategic People Advisor, Ariana provides guidance and support to our managers on a wide range of people-related issues. She helps to build on our People Promise - to being committed in creating the conditions that help us in Preferred by Nature to learn, grow and flourish while also enabling us to make progress on building a world where human choices ensure a sustainable future.
Ariana collaborates with organisational leaders to design and implement programmes and initiatives aimed at enhancing impact, performance, employee engagement, retention, and development, all while ensuring alignment with the broader business strategy.
She actively contributes to creating an exceptional employee experience and plays a pivotal role in driving organisational success through the effective implementation of people practices.
Ariana holds the responsibility of leading and delivering strategic projects and initiatives related to People & Talent across the organisation.
Additionally, she closely cooperates with talent acquisition colleagues, with a primary focus on coordinating with leaders to establish and maintain an overview of planned new hires.
