To address the requirements of the EU Deforestation Regulation for forest and agricultural commodities, we have benchmarked 159 indicators included in our Sustainability Framework with the requirements of the regulation. Of these, we selected 46 indicators that can be used for verification at the forest or farm level, incorporated into a due diligence system, or simply as a guide to the types of law relevant to the regulation.

In summary, this selection of indicators can serve as a tool to help businesses to meet the obligations imposed by the regulation, and help farmers or foresters to identify pathways to producing legal and deforestation-free products.
