As an implementing team member of the Preferred by Nature's Sustainable Forest Management project in Vietnam, Tra Nguyen Thanh is involved in the practice of improving silvicultural techniques for forest owners to access and implement sustainable forest management.
Tra Nguyen Thanh is a Silviculture Specialist in Preferred by Nature who is responsible for leading guideline technical GIS, silviculture, developing plans, and practice improvements of the silvicultural activities within the Sustainable Forest Management (SFM) project in Vietnam.
"Silviculture and GIS technology are important contributions to the management, use of sustainability, monitoring of forest resources, and ecological environment protection, this is the motivation for me to have the opportunity to work with Preferred by Nature."
