Sophia functions as an Agriculture Specialist where she is involved in conducting audits related to agriculture and forestry certifications. She supports project developments and field research studies related to sustainable agriculture and forestry.
As an Agriculture Specialist in Preferred by Nature, Sophia works as an auditor for both agriculture and forestry certifications and verifications for the Rainforest Alliance, Sustainable Rice Platform (SRP), Union for Ethical BioTrade (UEBT), Sustainability Framework, Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), Forest Stewardship CouncilTM (FSCTM) and other related programmes.
She is involved in task management works including providing general support, audit budgeting, planning and scheduling as well as maintaining certification or verification database of appointed clients of Preferred by Nature's agriculture-related certification and verification in India.
Aside from these, Sophia support the market development activities, provides services for project development and implementation in regard to sustainable agriculture and forestry practices, conducting market surveys and studies relevant to the assigned to the project goals.
