Porter Friedman
Porter oversees the agricultural certification programmes for the United States and Canada which includes certifications such as Rainforest Alliance and Round Table For Sustainable Palm Oil.
Porter is the Agriculture Programme Manager for the United States & Canada. In this role, Porter both oversees the agricultural certifications team as well as acts as the a Technical Expert and Lead Auditor for our standards offered.
Porter has been working in sustainable certification for 10+ years, first at Rainforest Alliance, working with the Forest Stewardship CouncilTM (FSCTM) certification and now at Preferred by Nature in his current role. Throughout this time Porter has worked with companies large and small to create and strengthen sustainable supply chains on regional and global levels.
