Esvin implements marketing and sales efforts to attract new clients and provides customer support. He also supports the auditing process for existing clients and has technical responsibilities for policy development, procedures, tools and training activities related to the Preferred by Nature Sustainable Travel Programme.
Esvin collaborates closely with the Sustainable Travel Programme Director to establish and meet annual revenue goals, sales targets, and client retention rates within the assigned region. He effectively manages and expands the client portfolio, ensuring exceptional customer support and timely responses to leads and inquiries.
Esvin implements market development activities, analysing market trends, competition, and pricing to drive sustainable growth in the travel sector. He actively participates in events and meetings to enhance Preferred by Nature's visibility as a sustainability partner and expert.
Esvin's role also includes coordinating audit schedules, maintaining client records, and developing promotional materials for Preferred by Nature's Sustainable Travel assurance services.
