As of 1 January 24, Preferred by Nature - Denmark ApS will be merged with the parent organisation, Preferred by Nature F.M.B.A.
As of 1 January 24, Preferred by Nature - Denmark ApS will be merged with the parent organisation, Preferred by Nature F.M.B.A.
The merger means that Preferred by Nature - Denmark ApS will be closed on paper, but all employees and services will remain the same. You do not need to sign any new agreements as a result of the transfer.
Bookkeeping
The transfer has the greatest impact on your bookkeeping, as a new name, registration number and bank details must be registered. The address in Hørning remains the same. All customers will receive an email about this.
Please note that you only need to pay to our new account when it appears on your invoice. If you receive an invoice in December for payment in January, it can still be paid to our old account.
We will continue to support better land management and business practices that benefit people, nature and climate as defined in our Strategy 2025.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us either by phone or in writing. We will be closed over Christmas, but will return in the beginning of January.
