The FSC Regulatory Module is a voluntary add-on for FSC-certified businesses. It has been developed to help companies prepare for compliance with the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and other evolving regulatory requirements. The Module is aligned with the EUDR requirements, allowing companies to simplify adopting the due diligence systems, risk assessments and traceability of deforestation-free sourcing. The evaluation service is available to FSC-certified companies under the scope of Chain of Custody, Forest Management, Controlled Wood, and Project Certification.
