People Support Specialist - Asia
As a People Support Specialist, Trinh coordinates and maintains all corporate human resources activities, including onboarding and introduction, administration, human resources programmes, systems and reporting for Asian and Oceania regions.
Trinh's role in our organisation can be divided into three parts:
- Operation: Support colleagues from the region and answer their day-to-day questions and queries. Provide support to the HR unit. Provide administrative support throughout the entire employee life cycle for assigned staff. Assisting team Talent colleagues in stages of recruitment.
- Compensation: Benefits administration, support new benefits introduction and compensation. Work closely with local payroll contacts, operations specialists, and LEM in countries.
- Human resources programmes, systems: Maintaining Staff folders, information about the local regulations and rules and draft human resources related documents. Update and further develop human resources handbooks, manuals, policies, and procedures.
