Suziana Ahmed Shukor
As a Preferred by Nature Senior Learning and Development Specialist, Suziana designs and implements learning programmes with a primary focus on environmental conservation and stewardship. For her, this role combines both a commitment to learning and development principles as well as passion for nature.
Suziana is responsible for designing and creating effective learning solutions to enhance the skills and knowledge of both internal and external stakeholders. She collaborates with various teams to assess learning needs and works closely with Subject Matter Experts to develop relevant training content. Suziana introduces assessment methods to measure training effectiveness and implements quality assurance processes to maintain high instructional design standards.
She is also focused on developing a Learning Design Framework to streamline content creation and build design competencies across divisions, particularly in Projects.
