Olesya Kaspruk
Olesya Kaspruk works in Preferred by Nature as the FM/CW auditor and is Preferred by Nature Representative in Ukraine. Since 2009 she also works as an expert of ENPI FLEG Programme.
Olesya represents Preferred by Nature in Ukraine conducting FM/CW auditing and being expert of ENPI FLEG Programme. She has numerous knowledge on environmental conservation, biodiversity conservation, legal assessment of management activity in Carpathian forests and appropriate experience on public communications.
In 1997-2004 she led the environmental NGO “Green Cross” and was the researcher in National Forest Technical University of Ukraine (Lviv). From 2004 till now Mrs. Kaspruk teaches the recreational forestry and forest park management on Forestry Faculty of National Forest Technical University of Ukraine (Lviv). From 2005 till April 2007 she worked as the coordinator on social issues in World Bank representative office, Project of Ukrainian Fund of Social Investments (UFSI).
Olesya holds PhD degree on speciality “06.03.01 – forest planting and phytomelioration”. She took a course for leading auditors organised by Preferred by Nature together with Smartwood in Saint-Petersburg in 2011.
She joined Preferred by Nature in 2011.
