Olena Soloviy
Olena's role in Preferred by Nature involves managing, conducting and administrating Forest Stewardship CouncilTM (FSCTM) Chain of Custody and Controlled Wood audits in Ukraine according to the agreed plan. Her position also includes carrying out administrative tasks and task management, as well as supporting market development for our certification services in Ukraine.
Olena acts as the Lead Auditor on selected FSC Chain of Custody evaluation. She supports the coordination and execution of evaluations in Ukraine – this could include logistical planning, supporting consultants, liaising with clients and finalising and reviewing reports.
Aside that, Oleda develops and implements evaluation schedules and ensure timely and efficient completion of these. She also ensures efficiency, quality control and adherence to Preferred by Nature’s technical and administration certification protocols.
Oleda is also responsible for providing customer service to current and potential clients of Preferred by Nature in Ukraine to include, but not limited to, providing information about certification, technical guidance on interpretation of certification standards and the certification process and trademark use.
At the same time, Oleda works to develop and maintain strong technical expertise in FSC and Preferred by Nature policies, standards and protocols. She is also involved in managing questions and disputes relating to active certification evaluations and clients consistent with certification scheme policies.
