Javiera Acevedo
As an Agriculture Specialist, Javiera is responsible in ensuring quality management in the delivery of services and performing certification and verification on Rainforest Alliance Sustainable Agriculture Standard and GlobalG.A.P.
Javiera has worked since 2012 in the field of import/export of fresh fruit as a quality coordinator in Chile, USA and Canada, assuring the integrity of the product throughout the supply chain and interacting with growers, packers, retailers and inspection services.
She is an Agronomic Engineer from Universidad Mayor, Chile with a Diploma on Integrated System Management on Quality, Security and Environment from Universidad de Chile. She is also an audit leader for ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:2018.
Javiera joined Preferred by Nature in 2022.
