Doris Reva
Doris coordinates the planning and administration of the Preferred by Nature Training Programme, ensuring effective delivery and attractive promotion of Preferred by Nature training events together with a dedicated training team.
As our Training Programme Manager, Doris is responsible for the smooth running of the Preferred by Nature training services.
She is accountable to ensure effective delivery and attractive promotion of Preferred by Nature training courses, including related administrative functions such as planning, budgeting, monitoring, marketing and internal coordination.
Doris has vast experience in project and event management, both at the national and international level. Previously her main focus has been towards youth work with the aim to provide youth with new opportunities and experiences that would enrich their lives. She led the International Lions Youth Exchange & Camp Program in Estonia for 15 years.
She has also coordinated various international non-formal education and culture projects in Estonia as well in Italy. In addition, she has gained valuable skills and tools while working in the tourism sector.
Doris joined Preferred by Nature in 2017
