Danish companies satisfied with FSC certification

A survey conducted by FSC-Denmark among companies holding an FSC certificate or logo license confirms the FSC brand as an asset for companies which are marketing and selling FSC certified products.

More than 70% of the participants are even very satisfied with their certificate or license.

Almost two thirds of the companies participating in the survey have experienced increased demands for FSC-certified products within the past 12-24 months. Around 20% of the companies say that their FSC certification or logo license has resulted in additional sales to existing clients. 

Almost 50% have gained access to new markets based on their FSC certificate or logo license, and 40% believe that the FSC trademark has contributed to attract more clients for their business. Around 25% of the participants estimate that their sales have increased based on active use of the FSC brand.
