Memberships
Membership payments are non-refundable. Supporting members are not eligible to vote at the organisations general assembly. Staff members who subscribe to membership will will in case of changed status from current employee uphold a supporting membership status as long as subscription is continued. Upon payment you will receive a email confirming your payment. This is your proof of a valid membership. Should you choose to subscribe as a member, you will receive these receipts annually as a confirmation of your payment.

This mean your membership fee will be automatically deducted yearly. Membership payments are non-refundable. Should you want to cancel your membership, please do so latest one month in advance of the next scheduled payment. This allow us time to process the cancellation in due time. You can send an email to membership@nepcon.org to cancel your subscription. If you need to change your card, please cancel the membership payment, and register anew with your new card details.
