
Bon functions as the Coordinator of the Sustainable Forest Management for Subcomponent under the Sustainable Forest Management and Biodiversity Conservation Project funded by U.S. Agency for International Development (AUSAID).
His role involves connecting sub-component activities, producing reports with country management and parent agency office, technical assistance such as forestry tree variety management, silvicultural techniques, sustainable forest management, training for groups of households, to improve 50,000 hectares of better-managed forests in the project provinces.

Bon coordinates the sub-component contracts as assigned by the project manager. As part of his responsibilities, he also implements reporting regime to national management and home offices.
Additionally, Bon offers technical assistance (training, guidance) for forest owners who are households on the management and use of acacia varieties for afforestation, silvicultural techniques and sustainable forest management.
