Anna is responsible for all recruitment activities in organisation, mainly for EUR/RUS region. She
manages full recruiting life cycle of the candidate and she is a partner for hiring managers in all matters related to HR.
In her free time, she organises different activities related to yoga and meditations.
I am inspired by the mission of Preferred by Nature that positively impacts the planet and happy to contribute to it. It is fulfilling to be part of the HR team and at some point, represent the company. These are two important components on why I joined Preferred by Nature, but also I love working in an international environment.
Anna holds a Masters degree in Intercultural Communication. Prior to joining Preferred by Nature, Anna worked as the HR Specialist in a Finnish forest industry company where she was responsible for supporting employees in learning, administrative, recruitment areas and onboarding activities.
Anna’s role in Preferred by Nature is to help attract and recruit new employees for the organisation.
