As a sustainability specialist in Agriculture, Lisa is responsible for supporting Tailored Service team to provide & aid clients' and donors goals in the development & implementation of systems for responsible sourcing & associated activities. Such as policy development, supply chain management, risk management, risk mitigation activities like audits, capacity building and stakeholder consultation especially in agricultural sector.
- BA in Sociology & Anthropology
- Experiences in Social Impact Assessment, Palm Oil smallholder program and Primary forest management
- Project management & communication skills especially in field
- Language spoken: English & Malay
