Siska is responsible for managing the living wage gap programme, working closely with IDH, The Sustainable Trade Initiative. She is also appointed to manage the Low Carbon Rice project funded by EU-Switch Asia grant programme together with two co-implementing organisations. Prior to these roles, she was managing sustainability projects across agriculture and forestry sectors, including wood pulp for viscose in the textile industry.

Siska is also an accredited auditor under the IDH/Impact Buying Living Wage, the Rainforest Alliance Sustainable Agriculture Standard, LegalSource, Palm Oil Innovation Group and CanopyStyle Initiative.
She has done extensive work in sustainable agriculture, climate change adaptation and mitigation, including the application of Climate-smart agriculture. Siska has a strong interest in climate change, Indigenous People’s issues and worker rights issues.
Siska has also written policy briefs for the United Nations Global Sustainable Development Reports. She loves working with smallholders and the Indigenous Peoples.
