Alicia is a Senior Responsible Sourcing Specialist providing tailored sustainability services to corporate clients, including due diligence system design, benchmarking and sustainability auditing.
Prior to joining Preferred by Nature’s Responsible Sourcing team, Alicia managed a team of senior auditors and was a lead auditor for many accredited supply chain standards. She maintains her role as the region’s Point of Contact for the FSC Controlled Wood standard.
Alicia holds a BA in Mathematics and MSc in Natural Resource Economics and Policy. Her graduate and post-graduate research experience include forest policy impacts in Mexico and Brazil as well as non-market valuation of forests within the United States. In 2014, Alicia joined Rainforest Alliance as a Chain of Custody lead auditor.
Alicia joined Preferred by Nature in 2018.
