Following growth of our organisation as well as our activities, NEPCon's top management group has been enlarged from two to four members.
In addition to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, the group now includes two Chief Operational Officers who will ensure coordination among NEPCon's daughter companies and country representatives.
One of the new members is Ms Inga Tõnisson, who was recently appointed as NEPCon's Chief Financial Officer. “I am very pleased that Inga Tõnisson has joined our team”, says NEPCon’s director Peter Feilberg. “We have excellent experience from working with her in the past and we are looking forward to a closer collaboration”.
Based in Estonia, Tõnisson has 9 years of managerial experience as owner and partner of two companies providing accounting and financial auditing services. She has also worked with private sector companies, including several years in PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is well experienced with managing client relationships and has supervised accounting performance as chief accountant and finance manager.
Tõnisson says: “I’m happy to broaden my collaboration with NEPCon. Being involved in NEPCon’s activities 8 years already has given me some ideas of how to contribute to the further development of the organisation. And the organisational culture of NEPCon is a great mix of not-for-profit mission, professional development and flexibility, friendly colleagues and an attentive attitude towards all the staff members”.
The second new member of the management group is Justinas Janulaitis, already long-term employee of NEPCon and director of NEPCon’s daughter company in Lithuania, NEPCon LT. As Chief Operational Officer, he will be in charge of coordinating NEPCon's rapidly growing activities in non-EU countries. "Justinas has already proven his great managerial skills and ability to manage a growing certification market in Lithuania", says Peter Feilberg. "This new position has been created because the market in Eastern Europe and Russia is evolving fast, and we need to streamline our services and marketing efforts in these new markets". Justinas Janulaitis has an educational background within biology as well as economics, and commands English, Russian, and Lithuanian.
